I wish to thank you for the effort, enthusiasm and professionalism you showed during our training sessions and for the continuous distributive attention.
I succeeded in assimilating the essential aspects of project management and I hope to continue our collaboration in preparing projects.

One of the most difficult but also beautiful periods of my life.
Our intense effort, that I would name...., has been topped by the effort of the lecturer. She had the talent to mobilize us and to awake our interest so much that all of us asked ourselves questions on matters we had never thought about before. And the answers to these problems, found by team work, were very satisfactory.
Besides the fact that we learned lots of new theoretical notions, we were shown how to think about what we can do in order to improve the activity of the organization we work for, to improve team work and our time management.
And of course, last but not least (but the most important of all!) we learned how to give a problem we all identified and that affected us all the shape of a project.
All our congratulations to the organizers, to whom we wish all the best!
Cristina Gavrilescu, doctor
We gladly appreciate the high quality of the course that was held very professionally by the trainer Prof. Aurica Dvoracic.
Her angel-like patience, goodwill and profound understanding of human nature, together with a rare ability to communicate make this trainer of project managers, that is Aurica Dvoracic, a genuine teacher, partner and promoter of values for our developing society.
So, from all our hearts, at the beginning of your path, we wish you: Vivat, crescat, floreat!

I think that before passing on to the actual Project Management course, there should be an introduction into matters concerning EU, the EU structure etc.; as I have noticed that some colleagues did not exactly understand the process of European structuring, and I suspect that because of this they had some reserves in efficiently managing these projects. For instance: One of the colleagues was curiously asking me the following question: why does the EU give us money? What does EU gain from this? I have an answer/gave her an answer, but I think direct reference to the founding principles EU guides after is necessary.
The course has been a bit too intensive; I would have covered the theoretical aspects in the first two rounds and afterwards (in the next two rounds) actually work on project models. As I have observed after last month's experience, it really matters to work following a model...
The working atmosphere has been great! And this is due especially to the trainer, who knew how to create that ideal atmosphere of team work. Congratulations!
As far as this is aspect is concerned, everything has been really great.
Regarding the rest, everything has been ok, organized and a lot of efficient work has been done!
It has been an experience that enriched my knowledge and enlarged my ability to understand the actual/practical process of European development/integration of Romania and not only...

The specialization program, Project Manager, organized by SC PROJECT ACTIV SRL IASI has been a special occasion for me that gave me the opportunity to find out what it means to actually be a project manager.
Through the practical applications that have taken place during the 90 hours and due to Ms. Aurica Dvoracic's special abilities, who with professionalism and patience constantly knew how to gain our attention and to inoculate us with competences specific to a project manager, by concrete examples and actual situations from her vast experience in the domain of project management and implementation, I became aware of the complexity of this occupation, but also of its beauty.
Permanent interactivity, professional involvement in the development of real competences of a future project manager, the teaching techniques of a high level of informal education are only some of the features of the trainer, Prof. Aurica Dvoracic.
I wish to thank SC PROJECT ACTIV IASI for existing on the economic market of Iasi and not only!
Elena Zanet, Licentiate in Philosophy and Political Sciences
Yes...I consider all the effort was worth it...
I realized how many unforeseen problems can appear during a week, the time it took to write the project.
A very very serious course, with a lot of heart involved!!! Theory and practice very well combined.
The effects of this course shall be seen for a long time, but what is clear is that it changes the manner of thinking...you see things from another perspective, it makes you think in a more organized and structured manner and to anticipate those...risks we don't always take into consideration!
I don't regret for a moment these hours spent during the weekends, when strangers of various ages and from various fields of activity have become a team! We socialized, we changed perspectives and we accepted one another!

A professional course that ensures the acquirement of the knowledge necessary to the optimal progress of any professional activity, aiming at a domain that, at the moment, enjoys a great interest: project management.
The accessibility and practical feature of the information provided, the balance between the theoretical and practical aspects (examples, exercises, case studies), the team work, all represent the benefits of a complex training, conforming to standards of great international companies in Europe, but adapted to Romanian realities, having as target the ability to work in a more and more dynamic social environment, personal development and reaching professional and financial satisfaction we aspire to.
