The project manager is a specialist who sets up the team for a project, lays the groundwork for the respective project, makes a project structure based on activities, a working plan for every task, establishes the tasks, makes sure the tasks are accomplished, designates the tasks to the ones responsible of the project, authorizes, establishes the ongoing graphic of the project, the costs and the risks, prepares the budget for financing the project, ensures backup and releases funds, monitors progress, analyses and communicates results, negotiates chances notwithstanding their source, modifies initial plans, both physically and financially.

The project manager is the person responsible for accomplishing projects on an operational level.
For the strategic project manager additional competences are required.

B. What is the Public Relations and Communication Assistant?

He is an intermediary between the organization he represents and the public specific to the respective organization, being responsible for these parties and distributing information that gives the public the possibility public to understand the politics of the organization.

Through communicational activity, the Public Relations and Communication Assistant has the mission to influence the public opinion, by emphasizing the "core" value of the organization, consisting of truth, transparency, free communication and public trust.

In order to accomplish this, he analyses the public: he receives information, informs the top management on the attitude and reactions of the public, takes part in implementing politics that prove the constant attention paid to gaining a level of satisfaction from the public and permanently evaluates the efficiency of all the public-relations programs.

He has the ability to implement programs of planned actions that serve both the organization and the public interest. His activity is based on efficient communication and reality, being strongly bond to actual facts.

The trainer is a person who learns all the way through his professional carrier, constantly developing his own training competences.
